Understanding your weekly courier earnings statement

Last updated March 1, 2026

Every week, GoRoute provides a detailed earnings statement so you can see exactly how your delivery income breaks down. Here's what each section means.

Base pay

Base pay is the guaranteed minimum GoRoute pays for each delivery. It's calculated using the estimated distance, estimated time, and the complexity of the order (for example, stacked deliveries or large orders). Base pay varies per delivery and is shown on the order card before you accept.

Tips

Customer tips are listed separately from base pay. GoRoute does not take any portion of tips — you keep 100%. Customers can tip when they place their order and have the option to increase or adjust the tip for up to 24 hours after delivery. This means some tips may appear slightly after the delivery is completed.

Peak pay and bonuses

Any peak pay bonuses, delivery challenge rewards, or referral earnings you qualified for during the week appear in the Promotions section. Each bonus lists the promotion name, criteria, and amount earned.

Deductions

Unlike some platforms, GoRoute does not deduct a per-delivery commission from courier earnings. Your base pay and tips are yours in full. The only deductions you may see are Fast Pay fees (if you used instant cash-out during the week) and any adjustments from order issues that were resolved by support.

Net payout

Your net payout is the total deposited to your bank account: base pay + tips + bonuses, minus any Fast Pay fees. View your current and past weekly statements at any time in Earnings > Weekly Statements.
