Understanding the GoRoute courier app interface
Last updated March 5, 2026
The GoRoute Courier app is your command center for managing deliveries, tracking earnings, and scheduling your shifts. Here's a tour of the main screens you'll use every day.
Home screen
The home screen shows a map of your delivery zone with your current location. Busy areas are highlighted in warm colors to help you position yourself for faster order assignments. The Start Delivering button sits at the bottom — tap it to go online. When you're active, this button changes to show your current delivery status.
Order queue
When you receive a delivery offer, it appears as a card overlay showing the restaurant name, estimated payout, distance to pickup, and distance to drop-off. If you have a stacked delivery (two orders at once), both are shown with their combined payout. You can tap the card for more details before accepting or declining.
Earnings tab
The Earnings screen shows your daily and weekly income with a full breakdown of each delivery — base pay, tip, peak pay bonuses, and challenge progress. You can tap any delivery for a detailed receipt. The Cash Out button lets you transfer available earnings to your debit card instantly via Fast Pay.
Schedule tab
GoRoute lets you schedule delivery shifts in advance to guarantee access to your preferred zones during busy times. The Schedule tab shows available time slots for the coming week. Scheduled shifts give you priority for orders in your zone and are especially useful during high-demand periods like lunch and dinner rushes.
Account settings
Tap your profile icon to access account settings. From here you can update your profile photo, phone number, and email. You'll also find your vehicle and delivery preferences, payment setup, tax documents, and notification settings. The Help section connects you to support articles and GoRoute's courier support team.
