Understanding the GoRoute driver app interface

The GoRoute Driver app is your primary tool for managing rides, tracking earnings, and staying informed on the road. Here's a tour of the main screens and features you'll use every day.
Home screen
The home screen displays a live map centered on your current location. When you're offline, you'll see a large Go Online button at the bottom. Once online, the map shows demand heat zones in shades of orange and red, helping you position yourself where ride requests are most likely. The top of the screen shows your current status — online, on a trip, or navigating to a pickup.
Earnings tab
Tap the Earnings icon in the bottom navigation to view your income. This screen shows your earnings for the current day, the current week, and provides a detailed breakdown for any past week. Each trip is listed individually with the fare, tip, and any bonuses applied. You can also see your projected payout date and access your weekly earnings statement from here.
Activity tab
The Activity tab provides a full history of your completed trips. Each entry shows the date, pickup and drop-off locations, trip duration, distance, fare amount, and rider rating. You can tap on any trip for a detailed receipt. This screen is useful for tracking your driving patterns and resolving fare disputes.
Account settings
Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner to access Account settings. From here you can update your profile photo, phone number, email, and vehicle information. You'll also find sections for payment setup, tax documents, notification preferences, and your GoRoute Pro rewards status. The Help section provides direct access to support articles and the option to contact GoRoute's support team.
Notifications and alerts
GoRoute sends real-time notifications for ride requests, promotions, earnings milestones, and important account updates. You can customize which notifications you receive in Account > Notification Preferences. We recommend keeping ride request and safety alerts enabled at all times to ensure you never miss a trip or an important message from GoRoute.
